These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Peepbox desktop application and the peepbox.ai website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by CRAUB Inc ("Peepbox," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Orange County, California. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Peepbox is a desktop AI automation tool that uses screen capture and AI inference to observe and interact with applications on your computer. Peepbox creates AI agents ("Peeps") that watch designated screen regions, analyze their content, and take actions based on your instructions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You are responsible for the instructions you give to your Peeps and for reviewing the actions they take on your behalf. You must notify us immediately at support@peepbox.ai if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Peeps may make mistakes. AI agents can misinterpret screen content, click incorrect targets, type unintended text, or take actions that produce unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing and supervising the actions taken by your Peeps.
Peepbox is not liable for any actions taken by AI agents on your behalf, including but not limited to: messages sent, purchases made, data entered, files modified, or any other interactions with third-party applications. You use Peepbox at your own risk and should always verify important actions.
If you are unsatisfied with Peepbox within the first 30 days after your free trial ends, you may request a prorated refund by emailing support@peepbox.ai. Refunds are issued at our discretion and are not available after 30 days of paid service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Peepbox, the Peep mascot, and all related logos, designs, and content are trademarks or registered trademarks of CRAUB Inc. All rights reserved. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
The Service and its underlying technology, including but not limited to software, algorithms, and documentation, are the intellectual property of CRAUB Inc and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PEEPBOX AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will provide notice where practical, except in cases of egregious violations.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and emailing support@peepbox.ai to request account deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
